Director of Strategy and Operations
The Director of Strategy and Operations at Via Transportation, Inc. is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Via's intermodal transit service in Montgomery, Alabama. Additionally, the role involves developing clear metrics for the team, preparing reports, analyzing data to improve operational processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and fostering a collaborative and energetic team environment.
Candidates should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of leading support teams and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate is an independent self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, possesses exceptional communication skills, and is committed to providing world-class customer service. Flexibility, adaptability, and a strong problem-solving ability are essential, as is experience in the transit industry. Compensation for this role includes a base salary range of $110,000 to $160,000 per year, complemented by an attractive Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) package.
