Director of Strategic Systems Programs & Huntsville Site Lead

Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Director of Strategic Systems Programs & Huntsville Site Lead to oversee all phases of program execution for strategic defense initiatives. This role involves managing program staff, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful delivery of mission-critical solutions. The position is based in Huntsville, Alabama, with responsibilities extending to the Folsom, California site.

Key responsibilities include planning, directing, and monitoring projects to maintain work scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring all required resources are available, and serving as the primary customer contact for project information. The role also involves pursuing follow-on and new business opportunities directly with customers and ensuring adherence to all internal program management processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing program staff, budgets, and schedules, including budgeted cost and schedule, actuals, estimate-to-complete, estimate-at-complete, risks, and earned value management within fixed price, cost type, and time & material contracts. Excellent interpersonal communication skills are essential, as the role involves direct customer contact to perform program management and business development functions. A bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering is required, with a master's degree preferred.
