Director of Strategic Partnerships

As the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Via, you will be the primary point of contact for executive city and agency leadership, managing a portfolio of complex, high-value partner relationships. Your role will involve building and maintaining deep, long-term relationships with partners, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, and identifying opportunities for service growth and revenue generation. You will lead multi-year contract renewals and service expansions, utilizing service performance data to inform strategic decisions and ensure the success of each partnership.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in a client-facing role, with a proven track record of independently managing and growing strategic accounts at the senior level. Fluency in both French and English is required for frequent client interactions. Strong analytical skills are essential, with the ability to use complex data sets to drive strategic decisions and influence stakeholders. The role demands an entrepreneurial relationship builder who can navigate complex, politically sensitive situations and turn them into opportunities to deepen trust. A reliable, motivated self-starter with natural leadership qualities is essential.
Compensation for this role includes a salary range of $160,000 to $200,000 CAD, with the final amount determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills.
