Director of Product, Rider and Driver Mobile Experience

Key responsibilities include defining and leading the strategic roadmap for the mobile platform, leveraging data analytics, AI, and user research to develop impactful product features, and managing full-stack development from front-end interfaces to back-end architecture. The role also involves collaborating on user-first design to ensure accessible and intuitive interactions, assessing product requirements to optimize resource allocation, and serving as the primary liaison across Engineering, QA, Operations, and Business teams for cohesive execution.
Candidates should have 7-10 years of experience in product management within successful startups or large global companies, with a proven track record of leading product domains and building category-leading products. A strong understanding of AI and emerging technologies, along with experience in managing end-to-end product lifecycles, is essential. Excellent analytical abilities, business acumen, and the ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments are also required.
Compensation includes a base salary range of $200,000 - $250,000 per year, plus variable pay and equity.
