Director of Product Design
FuboTV is seeking a Director of Product Design to lead a high-performing team dedicated to delivering premium user experiences in the live TV streaming industry. This role is based in New York City and requires a hybrid work schedule, with in-office presence three times a week. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience that reflects Fubo's premium offerings and competitive positioning.
The Director of Product Design will be responsible for transforming concepts into deliverable products by developing and maintaining a user experience perspective aligned with Fubo's premium pricing. Key duties include overseeing multiple projects, balancing design resources, promoting transparency and collaboration, developing design talent, providing timely and constructive design feedback, leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency, and proactively resolving conflicts.
Candidates must have experience managing a design system and possess a strong foundation in visual design and user experience tools. A minimum of 5 years in people management, with adaptability to individual needs, and over 10 years in product design are required. Additionally, experience collaborating with product, engineering, design, content, and user research teams is essential. The ideal candidate will have strong opinions but maintain flexibility in their approach.
Fubo offers a competitive compensation package, with a base salary ranging from $200,000 to $250,000 per year, depending on experience and expertise.
