The Director of Operations at Andrew C. Beasley PLLC is a pivotal executive role created to streamline and enhance operational efficiency, aligning the firm’s business strategy with its mission to defend and support clients effectively. As the 'Integrator,' you’ll ensure the seamless execution of strategic goals, directly impacting organizational growth and client satisfaction. This role is central to empowering our legal team to focus on client advocacy while you oversee the business aspects of the firm.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily firm operations across various departments to ensure efficiency and productivity, turning strategic goals into operational realities by identifying hurdles and creating effective systems, developing and implementing policies that maximize client satisfaction and operational efficiency, managing and forecasting budgets with a focus on financial planning and cost control, overseeing human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, supporting the sales/intake function by equipping the team with necessary training, tools, and processes, ensuring technology and systems are up-to-date and efficient to improve automation and reporting, leading initiatives to enhance client experience and professionally handling escalations when necessary, and tracking key performance indicators to report on the firm's progress and identify areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of operational leadership experience within a growing organization, preferably in professional services, proficiency with case management software, CRM systems, and automation tools to leverage technology for efficiency, experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis within a firm environment, demonstrable ability to manage client escalations and maintain professionalism under pressure, a solutions-oriented mindset with a positive approach to fostering team growth and improvement, a high level of accountability and follow-through, taking full responsibility for outcomes and ensuring tasks and initiatives are handled effectively without constant oversight, the ability to analyze KPIs to drive efficiency with a strong focus on measurable outcomes, a proven track record of translating vision into reality and achieving strategic organizational goals, and thrives in an in-office role where collaboration and direct engagement with colleagues are integral to success.
