Director of Operations

Levi & Korsinsky LLP, a nationally recognized class action law firm based in New York City, is seeking a Director of Operations to drive operational excellence and support the firm's growth trajectory in consumer-related class and mass actions. This role is pivotal in transforming strategic vision into operational reality, working closely with the Founder to streamline operations and enhance execution across the business.

The Director of Operations will be responsible for driving execution of firm-wide strategies, identifying and addressing inefficiencies, and ensuring seamless operations. Key responsibilities include building and optimizing the firm's recruiting engine and people systems, providing strategic oversight across marketing efforts, evaluating and implementing tools and systems to improve efficiency, coordinating execution across various teams and partners, and taking ownership of complex challenges to drive decisions forward.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading and scaling operations in high-growth, fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments, with a strong preference for startup or growth-stage operating experience. They should demonstrate the ability to bring structure to ambiguity, drive execution with a high degree of ownership and sound judgment, and possess strategic insight to identify patterns across functions and develop scalable solutions.
