THE ROLE

We’re hiring a Director of Marketing for the EMEA Region to own and build our field and account based marketing motion in the region.

This is a foundational role. You won’t inherit a team or a fully built playbook—you’ll create it along with your global counterparts. There’s a clear path to grow a team over time, but day one is about planning and executing exceptional events and ABM initiatives that drive the pipeline.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Own field marketing in EMEA, with a focus on events that generate real pipeline

- Plan and execute:

- Boutique, high-touch ABM events for target enterprise accounts

- Industry events and sponsorships in core markets

- Partner tightly with Sales on who to target, where to show up, and how to win

- Ensure events don’t just happen—they convert into pipeline and revenue

- Run everything end-to-end: strategy, logistics, vendors, follow-up, reporting

- Continuously improve what we do—better events, better targeting, better ROI

- Help lay the groundwork to scale the function and build a team over time
