Director of Demand Generation
Fictiv, a global manufacturing and supply chain company, is seeking a Director of Demand Generation to lead and execute strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Growth Marketing and collaborates closely with the Director of Performance Marketing. The Director will oversee the demand generation strategy and acquisition engine, focusing on converting prospects into high-value customers.
The Director of Demand Generation will be responsible for developing and optimizing multi-channel acquisition programs, managing lead generation and nurturing strategies, and aligning acquisition budgets with clear ROI frameworks. They will work closely with sales leadership to ensure the quality of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and manage the entire lead generation lifecycle. Additionally, the role involves performance measurement, including tracking KPIs such as MQLs, signups, new accounts, and revenue, and presenting insights to senior leadership.
Ideal candidates should have proven experience in driving acquisition programs at scale in fast-moving, high-growth, or startup environments. They should possess strong analytical abilities, be comfortable with experimentation and funnel analysis, and have experience running high-tempo experimentation cycles across channels, messaging, and conversion points. The role requires effective partnership with sales teams, the ability to tailor acquisition strategies by ideal customer profile, industry, and buying persona, and experience developing creative assets in collaboration with content and design partners.
Fictiv offers a competitive salary range of $155,000 to $185,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K plan, parental leave programs, and paid volunteer days.
