OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Director of Accounting to lead the Company’s accounting operations and financial close process as we continue to scale domestically and internationally. This role owns the integrity of our financial statements, manages the monthly close and consolidation process across multiple legal entities (including international subsidiaries), and partners closely with Finance, Supply Chain, and Leadership to support a growing business.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple revenue streams, inventory, and cross-border complexity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

ACCOUNTING & FINANCIAL CLOSE

- Own and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting

- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements across multiple international legal entities

- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, including revenue recognition, inventory costing, and intercompany transactions
