Director, Marketing
The Director of Marketing at InfoTrack US is a pivotal leadership role responsible for steering the company's marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive business growth. InfoTrack US is a legal technology firm specializing in court filing and legal process automation, aiming to simplify litigation workflows for law firms. The marketing team is integral to this mission, working collaboratively to position InfoTrack US as a leader in the legal tech industry.
In this role, the Director will lead the full marketing function, encompassing brand management, growth initiatives, product marketing, and communications. Key responsibilities include developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels—such as email, search, social media, content, and events—to drive awareness, conversion, and retention. The Director will also collaborate closely with the Product team on feature launches and product-led growth initiatives, set and track key performance indicators (KPIs), and manage the marketing budget effectively.
Candidates should possess over 10 years of progressive marketing experience in B2B SaaS or professional services technology, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role managing teams. A proven track record in branding and growth marketing, particularly in self-serve and transactional models, is essential. Strong analytical skills, exceptional storytelling ability, and experience leading generalist marketing teams across demand generation, content, communications, and operations are also required.
The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $139,000 to $200,000, complemented by bonus opportunities. Benefits encompass medical, dental, and vision insurance, with 85% of employee premiums covered by InfoTrack US and 70% for family premiums.
