The Director, Investments Counsel at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI) serves as the primary legal advisor to the Investments team, providing strategic counsel on public and private fund investments, co-investments, and other strategic opportunities. This role involves navigating complex legal, regulatory, and tax considerations to support the team's investment activities. The position reports to the General Counsel and collaborates closely with investment professionals, external counsel, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective and compliant investment execution.
