Director, Immigration Technology
The Director of Immigration Technology Solutions at Mitratech plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and growth of the company's immigration-focused products and services. This position involves overseeing relationships with top-tier immigration clients, driving product strategies aligned with market expectations, and serving as the primary voice of the customer and market. The role also includes acting as a strategic advisor on immigration and automation topics, both internally and with clients, and representing Mitratech as a thought leader in the industry.
Key responsibilities include acting as a strategic advisor to clients in partnership with account management teams to drive product adoption and build advocacy. The director will support new sales efforts by consulting with prospects on the immigration process and digital transformation, as well as identifying cross-sell opportunities for Mitratech’s workflow and document automation products. Additionally, the role involves supporting account management teams on renewals, upsell, and cross-sell strategies, staying current on global immigration trends, and partnering with Product Management to define and prioritize the immigration product roadmap.
The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience in the immigration industry as a practitioner, technologist, or operations specialist. Experience contributing to or influencing a software product or technology roadmap is essential, including gathering and synthesizing customer and market requirements. The role requires highly effective communication skills, a successful track record in achieving targets, and the ability to drive initiatives through collaboration and influence across clients and internal functions. Familiarity with workflow automation, document management, or legal operations software is a strong plus.
