Director, GTM Technology
The Director of Go-To-Market (GTM) Technology at Tebra is a pivotal leadership role within the Growth team, responsible for both strategic oversight and hands-on technical execution of the company's GTM technology ecosystem. This encompasses the entire journey from initial marketing efforts to finalized sales processes. The role requires close collaboration with sales and marketing leadership to ensure that technological systems effectively support and drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include partnering with sales and marketing leaders to analyze funnel trends, identify conversion bottlenecks, and understand pipeline mechanics. The director will serve as the primary technical authority for Salesforce within the GTM organization, directly building complex flows, fixing routing logic, and addressing technical debt to unblock the revenue team. Additionally, the role involves managing a team of operations professionals across various specializations, driving the deployment and optimization of AI sales technologies, and ensuring data accuracy within Salesforce and engagement platforms.
Candidates should have over eight years of experience in sales, revenue operations, or marketing operations, preferably within SaaS or B2B SMB environments. A strong understanding of sales processes and technology, with experience managing CRM systems like Salesforce and sales engagement platforms, is essential. The role also requires strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, excellent leadership and communication abilities, and a focus on leveraging technology to enhance GTM performance and efficiency.
