Director, Financial & Corporate Communications

CoreWeave is seeking a Director of Financial & Corporate Communications to lead its financial and strategic communications during a pivotal time as a newly public company. This role involves shaping the company's narrative for investors, analysts, media, and policy stakeholders, and reports directly to the Head of Communications, serving as a key advisor to the CEO and CFO.

The Director will be responsible for managing earnings communications, developing financial media strategies, and handling high-stakes issues management. This includes translating complex financial and technical concepts into clear narratives, preparing executives for earnings calls and media interactions, and building relationships with top-tier financial and business media. Additionally, the role involves developing comprehensive issues management frameworks and ensuring message consistency across all communications.

Candidates should have over nine years of experience in financial or corporate communications, preferably within publicly traded or late-stage technology companies. Essential skills include leading earnings or investor communications, managing complex issues, advising senior executives, and strong storytelling abilities to simplify complex concepts. Experience in cloud computing, AI, semiconductors, or infrastructure is preferred, along with familiarity with public company reporting cycles and investor dynamics.

The base salary for this position ranges from $165,000 to $242,000 annually, determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. The total compensation package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program.
