As the Director of Field Enablement at CoreWeave, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive enablement strategy for our Sales, Customer Experience, and Go-To-Market teams. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing team productivity, reducing ramp-up time, and driving consistent revenue outcomes. CoreWeave, a leader in AI cloud solutions, offers a dynamic environment where innovation and technical excellence are at the forefront.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing onboarding programs, certification processes, and continuous learning initiatives. Collaboration with leaders across Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations is essential to identify and address capability gaps. You will also develop scalable playbooks and sales motions, monitor key performance metrics such as ramp time and win rates, and uphold high standards of operational excellence and accountability.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in Field Enablement, Sales Enablement, or Go-To-Market leadership roles. A proven track record in scaling enablement programs within fast-growing and ambiguous environments is crucial. Strong executive presence, the ability to influence without direct authority, and a data-driven approach to performance improvement are key attributes. Proficiency with modern revenue technology stacks, including CRM systems, learning management systems, and analytics tools, is also required.

CoreWeave offers a competitive base salary ranging from $165,000 to $242,000, determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. The total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program. Benefits encompass medical, dental, and vision insurance fully paid by CoreWeave, company-paid life insurance, voluntary supplemental life insurance, short and long-term disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, tuition reimbursement, participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), mental wellness benefits, family-forming support, paid parental leave, flexible childcare support, a 401(k) plan with a generous employer match, flexible paid time off, and catered lunches at office and data center locations.

At CoreWeave, we foster a culture that encourages curiosity, ownership, empowerment, and collaboration. We support an entrepreneurial outlook and independent thinking, providing opportunities to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. As we continue our rapid growth, the opportunities within the organization are constantly expanding, offering a dynamic and rewarding environment for professional development.
