Director, Compensation

AlphaSense is seeking a Director of Compensation to lead its global compensation function. This pivotal role involves overseeing the entire compensation lifecycle, including base pay, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives (equity). The Director will collaborate closely with the VP of Total Rewards, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to develop and implement compensation strategies that align with AlphaSense's growth objectives. This position is ideal for a results-oriented leader with experience in scaling compensation functions within high-growth or newly public technology companies.
