Director Business Development - Consumer Product Testing

Eurofins Consumer Product Testing is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive growth in the Toys, Premium Products, and Hardlines sectors. This role focuses on identifying and cultivating new client relationships to expand Eurofins' market presence in these areas. The successful candidate will join a rapidly growing team within a global leader in analytical testing services.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to generate new business opportunities, initiating contact with potential clients, and understanding their compliance and quality assurance needs. The role involves coordinating internal resources to deliver tailored solutions, participating in industry events, and leveraging marketing efforts to enhance lead generation.

Candidates should have a minimum of six years of experience in business development, preferably in a proactive role, with a strong understanding of the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry. Exceptional communication skills, both in-person and online, are essential, along with the ability to manage complex proposals and work collaboratively within a team. A bachelor's or associate's degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field is preferred.
