Key responsibilities include conducting detailed audits of existing workflows to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation, overseeing the development and customization of AI agents tailored to specific agency needs, and collaborating with developers to refine these agents in real-time. Additionally, the role involves creating comprehensive operational guides to facilitate the scaling of AI solutions and developing training programs to foster a culture of AI experimentation within the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess 7 to 10 years of experience in enterprise technical architecture, cloud infrastructure provisioning, or technical product management. A deep understanding of generative AI models, particularly Google Gemini, and practical experience integrating large language models into enterprise workflows are essential. Proficiency in advanced prompt engineering and a solid grasp of architectural design patterns applicable to AI systems are also required.
