The Multi-site Director for Hospital Hygiene will lead and develop the Hospital Hygiene Cluster, comprising three main agencies located in Les Ulis, Aix-en-Provence, and Tours, with a total workforce of approximately 75 employees. This cluster plays a crucial role in assisting healthcare facilities in managing infectious risks and preventing nosocomial diseases.
The primary responsibilities include managing and coordinating the entire Business Unit Cluster, supervising its operations, and supporting agency managers. The director will ensure that managers possess the necessary authority, skills, and resources, coordinate activities to optimize costs and investments, and monitor the achievement of objectives and productivity. Additionally, the role involves overseeing annual budgets, implementing development plans, and executing the cluster's strategy. Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and working conditions, as well as preventing occupational risks, are also key aspects of the position. The director will be responsible for maintaining and improving service quality, developing new analytical services, achieving revenue targets, contributing to pricing and service policies, supporting major accounts, and developing new products.
Candidates should have a general higher education background and a strong interest in managing multi-site and technical activities. Proven managerial experience and a preference for client interaction, ideally in a related sector such as consulting or control offices, are essential. The ideal candidate is an inspiring leader with excellent communication skills, capable of balancing close field engagement with the strategic oversight necessary to achieve objectives.
