Directed Content Analyst - French Speaker
The Directed Content Analyst role at AlphaSense involves sourcing and onboarding high-quality experts to enhance the company's Expert Transcript Library. This position is part of the Directed Content Team, which plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive market intelligence to clients. AlphaSense is a leading provider of AI-driven market intelligence, serving over 6,000 enterprise customers, including a majority of the S&P 500.
Key responsibilities include conducting research to identify suitable experts for assigned projects, collaborating with Project Managers to refine project scopes, and reaching out to potential experts via email and LinkedIn. The analyst will also coordinate and conduct calls to assess experts' backgrounds, document their relevant experience, and negotiate rates to align with the value of their insights. Additionally, the role involves scheduling and monitoring calls between experts and clients, as well as troubleshooting any connectivity issues.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in research, recruiting, talent sourcing, market intelligence, or related fields that require proactive outreach and evaluation. Essential qualities include an inquisitive nature, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and a goal-oriented mindset. Proficiency in French at C1/C2 levels is required for this role.
