Digital Marketing Specialist (English speaker)
Fever is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Madrid. In this role, you will develop compelling marketing strategies for exclusive experiences worldwide, including Fever Original events and partner collaborations. You will execute high-visibility performance digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Collaborating closely with the Growth Marketing team, you will analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you will coordinate with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Media, CRM, Design, Content, and Copywriting—to provide strategic direction for campaigns.
The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in Facebook Ads and other social paid platforms. Native-level English proficiency is required, and proficiency in a second language is highly valued. A solid marketing background and a desire to grow your career in a dynamic environment are essential.
