Digital Assets Manager
As a Digital Asset Manager at Monks, you will oversee the delivery and organization of digital and print assets for one of our major clients. This role involves collaborating with creative directors, account managers, clients, procurement, legal teams, and stock vendors to ensure efficient asset management and compliance.
Your primary responsibilities include establishing and maintaining relationships with global stock houses, reviewing and acquiring stock licenses, organizing and managing digital assets, and ensuring creative integrity within client budgets. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between creative, account, legal, and procurement teams, addressing concerns related to pricing, licensing, and compliance, and providing training on digital asset management practices.
The ideal candidate has over five years of experience as a Digital Asset Manager in advertising and marketing, proficiency with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, and experience working with creative and account teams. Strong analytical skills, adaptability, and excellent communication abilities are essential. A comprehensive understanding of various creative assets, such as images, videos, and animations, is also required.
