The DevSecOps Team Lead will play a pivotal role in embedding security into the company's CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and Kubernetes environments, ensuring the delivery of secure and compliant software releases.

The DevSecOps Team Lead will be responsible for defining the organization's DevSecOps strategy, roadmap, and operating model. Key duties include building and mentoring a high-performing DevSecOps team, integrating security measures into CI/CD pipelines, managing security for Kubernetes and Service Mesh environments, implementing policy-as-code using OPA, securing infrastructure-as-code with tools like Terraform and Ansible, and driving cloud security across AWS and GCP platforms. Additionally, the role involves overseeing SIEM, logging, and security monitoring systems, managing secrets and privileged access controls, and automating security workflows and compliance processes.

Candidates should possess over five years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, or Cloud Security, with a proven track record in leading security initiatives. Essential qualifications include strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines and secure software delivery, deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Service Mesh (Istio), and container security, hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and Ansible, and a solid understanding of cloud security in AWS and/or GCP environments. Experience with security scanners in pipelines, SIEM platforms like ELK or Splunk, secrets management tools like Vault, and familiarity with networking and secure system design are also required.
