Vention is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Developer to join our web platform team. As a key member, you will be responsible for architecting integrations with internal systems, implementing automated tests, analyzing requirements and designs, and planning and developing new features for our internal software platform, from conception to deployment.
In this role, you will enhance the overall performance and quality of our website by writing robust and maintainable TypeScript code. You will design, develop, and deploy both internal and public-facing features using ReactJS, React Native, and NodeJS. Additionally, you will write unit tests, integration tests, and system tests to ensure code reliability. Providing technical leadership through code reviews and participating in architectural discussions with the team will also be key responsibilities. Collaboration with the product team to monitor progress, address issues, share updates, present features, and clearly explain risks and problems is essential. Furthermore, you will work closely with our in-house designer to create elegant, intuitive, and responsive user interfaces.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in full stack development, with excellent proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. Experience with ReactJS and NextJS is required, along with familiarity with Ruby on Rails. A strong background in working with RESTful APIs and relational databases is also necessary.
