Developer Experience - Engineering Manager

Ebury is seeking a Developer Experience Engineering Manager to lead its Developer Experience (DevExp) team in Madrid. This team is responsible for building and operating the foundational platform that powers all engineering at Ebury, including CI/CD, deployment, test infrastructure, self-service tooling, and enterprise AI systems across the development lifecycle. The role involves leading a team of platform engineers while staying technically grounded to drive direction on platform architecture, progressive delivery, and AI agent execution frameworks.
