Designer IB

CannonDesign is seeking a Designer IB to join their multi-disciplinary team, focusing on design and technical aspects within the Yazdani Studio. This role involves close collaboration with design and technical leadership, contributing to various project teams under the supervision of a licensed Architect.

Key responsibilities include providing architectural support in the design, selection, coordination, and detailing of materials and systems. The Designer IB will build physical models, produce architectural documentation, assist in client presentations, and participate in research initiatives. Additional tasks involve reviewing shop drawing submittals, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring coordination of project documents.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience. Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite is required. A strong creative design portfolio, excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills are essential. Actively pursuing Architectural Registration in the United States is preferred.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $63,200 to $70,300 annually, with actual compensation varying based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
