Design Project Manager

BrainRocket is seeking a Design Project Manager to join our Advertising Design department in Warsaw, Poland. As a global company specializing in end-to-end tech products across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing, we have rapidly expanded our presence in multiple countries. Our team of 1,300 professionals is dedicated to creating innovative ideas and products that challenge conventional formats.

In this role, you will manage graphic and animated banner projects for various marketing teams. Your responsibilities will include briefing, prioritizing, and assigning tasks to designers, tracking deadlines and workloads, improving processes, maintaining design libraries, creating templates, and resolving quality or delivery issues while coordinating with clients.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in an advertising agency, digital agency, or in-house design studio. Experience in managing design tasks for digital marketing and media buying teams, handling complex marketing projects involving multiple teams and clients, and proficiency with tools such as Jira, Slack, Google Docs, Figma, and Adobe services are essential. Advanced English language skills, both spoken and written, are also required.
