Essential qualifications include strong leadership abilities, experience in managing multiple matters simultaneously, and the capacity to advise attorneys across various practice areas on pro bono matters. Familiarity with pro bono reporting platforms and matter management systems is also desirable.
The anticipated base salary range for this role is between $170,000 to $205,000, reflecting the firm's commitment to attracting top talent.
