Deputy Legal Director

The American Civil Liberties Union of New Jersey (ACLU-NJ) is seeking a strategic and collaborative Deputy Legal Director to co-lead its Legal Department. This role involves working closely with the Legal Director to design and litigate high-impact cases, as well as developing and executing strategic plans to advance ACLU-NJ's legal advocacy. The position is based in Newark, New Jersey, with a hybrid work schedule that includes in-office work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
