Deputy Director, Connected Warfare Europe
Anduril Industries is seeking a Deputy Director for its Connected Warfare division in Europe, based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. This leadership role involves partnering with the Head of International, Connected Warfare, to drive program execution, business growth, and operational excellence across the region. The Connected Warfare division focuses on developing next-generation, software-defined command and control (C2) architectures and C4 hardware to orchestrate and automate multi-domain sensors and effectors for synchronized joint operations.
The Deputy Director will be responsible for setting and executing regional strategies, leading business development initiatives, and overseeing a portfolio of European programs to ensure successful execution that exceeds customer expectations and meets financial commitments. Key responsibilities include managing reporting and analytics, leading headcount planning and forecasting, and fostering a culture of accountability and operational rigor within the team.
Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in program management, business development, or related leadership roles within the defense, national security, or government technology sectors. A proven track record of managing large-scale, complex software and hardware programs, driving business growth, and strong financial acumen are essential. Experience with government and defense contracting processes in Europe and NATO, as well as expertise in developing and managing program metrics and executive-level reporting, are also required. Eligibility to obtain and maintain a NATO Secret (or higher) security clearance is mandatory.
