Deployment Strategist, New Graduate
Peregrine Technologies is seeking a Deployment Strategist to join our team in San Francisco, CA. As a Deployment Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in deploying our AI-enabled platform to public safety organizations, state and local governments, federal agencies, and private-sector institutions. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to mission-critical environments by transforming disconnected data into operational intelligence, thereby empowering better and faster decision-making processes.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include identifying workflows where our product can create significant operational impact for our customers. You will develop products, data models, and data pipelines to enable customers to execute these workflows effectively. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customer executives is essential to ensure our solutions address their most pressing operational challenges. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering our product to customers with exceptional quality and speed in complex, mission-critical settings.
We are looking for candidates who are excited to write code that helps our customers get the right information to the right places at the right times. A passion for finding elegant solutions to complex data modeling problems that unlock value from siloed, disparate data sources is crucial. The ideal candidate is an autonomous leader who enjoys discovering novel product, workflow, and business opportunities. Strong interpersonal skills are important, as you will thoughtfully cultivate long-term relationships with customers and teammates. Empathy and a deep care for customer feedback, along with clear and concise communication skills that resonate with executive audiences, are also key attributes.
The ideal candidate will be a recent or soon-to-be graduate with a technical degree in fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Data Science, or similar disciplines. Internship, research, or project experience involving data analysis, software engineering, or enterprise software is highly desirable. Polished communication and presentation skills are necessary to convey technical and non-technical concepts to diverse audiences. Experience with data modeling and data analysis skills, particularly familiarity with SQL and/or Python, is preferred. Candidates must be currently based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco and have the ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
Peregrine Technologies offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, along with benefits, equity (if applicable), and potential bonuses. Actual compensation is influenced by factors including skill set, level of experience, and specific work location.
