Deployment Strategist
CoreWeave Europe is seeking a Deployment Strategist to join its Physical AI Field Engineering team, which collaborates with leading engineering organizations to develop and implement AI-driven solutions for complex physics challenges. This role is pivotal in translating high-level AI objectives into actionable deployment programs, particularly within the automotive and advanced manufacturing sectors.
The Deployment Strategist will work closely with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to identify and shape significant AI opportunities, converting them into well-defined deployment plans. Responsibilities include engaging with senior engineering and executive stakeholders to transform broad AI ambitions into structured problem statements and phased implementation roadmaps, ensuring that complex AI initiatives progress into clearly scoped programs ready for execution by Field Engineering teams.
Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience working with large-scale engineering organizations, such as automotive OEMs, aerospace companies, or advanced manufacturing firms. Additionally, a minimum of 3 years of experience in designing or deploying AI, machine learning, simulation, or data-driven engineering solutions within enterprise environments is required. The role demands a demonstrated ability to translate high-level technical strategies into implementation roadmaps and clearly defined technical scopes, as well as experience in assessing technical readiness, data availability, and organizational constraints impacting AI deployment success.
