As a Demand Generation Manager at Pave, you will join a dynamic marketing team dedicated to scaling the company's growth. This role is pivotal in driving demand and expanding Pave's presence in the HR technology market.

In this position, you will be responsible for launching integrated campaigns targeting key buyers, utilizing channels such as paid social, content syndication, and partnerships to generate qualified leads and foster long-term pipeline growth. You will develop and implement tiered account-based marketing programs to engage high-value accounts and build a robust webinar program that highlights customers, partners, and thought leadership, thereby creating qualified opportunities for the sales team. Collaboration with Marketing Operations and Revenue Operations teams will be essential to deliver comprehensive campaign reporting and measure success against key metrics.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing within a B2B SaaS or technology company. Proficiency in both product-led and sales-led growth strategies is preferred. Strong analytical skills are required, with experience in marketing analytics platforms and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, to effectively track campaigns from lead generation to revenue. A deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, lead scoring, and the ability to facilitate seamless handoffs between marketing and sales teams is crucial. Hands-on experience with marketing automation, webinar, account-based marketing, and outbound platforms is also necessary.
