Delivery Associate

As a Delivery Associate at Lucid Motors, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and personalized vehicle delivery experience for our customers. This position is integral to our mission of providing exceptional service and upholding the luxury standards associated with the Lucid brand.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing a pipeline of assigned deliveries, coordinating with Sales Specialists to ensure vehicle readiness, and conducting pre-delivery conversations to confirm details and set clear expectations. On delivery day, you will guide customers through the key features and functions of their Lucid vehicle, tailoring the experience to their individual needs. Additionally, you will handle lease-end vehicle returns, schedule grounding appointments, and ensure all necessary documentation is accurately completed and logged.

We are seeking candidates with 2-5 years of customer-facing professional experience, preferably in luxury retail or hospitality environments. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively. Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related discipline is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered.
