Delivery Associate

As a Delivery Associate at Lucid Motors, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional ownership experience to our customers. This position involves guiding new owners through the features and functions of their Lucid vehicles, ensuring each delivery is personalized and informative. Lucid Motors is dedicated to redefining luxury electric vehicles by focusing on innovative design and sustainability.

Key responsibilities include managing a pipeline of vehicle deliveries, coordinating with Sales Specialists to ensure readiness, and conducting pre-delivery conversations to confirm details and set expectations. On delivery day, you will provide comprehensive walkthroughs of the vehicle's features, tailored to each customer's needs, whether at a delivery center, virtually, or at an offsite location. Post-delivery, you will address any follow-up questions and assist with lease-end vehicle returns, ensuring all documentation is accurately completed and logged.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of customer-facing professional experience, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and problem-solve effectively. Comfort with navigating ambiguity and proficiency in using Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems are essential. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or a related discipline is preferred. Additionally, the role requires availability to work weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays as needed, along with the ability to maintain a clear driving record.

Lucid Motors offers a competitive compensation package, including an hourly wage ranging from $26 to $36, participation in the company's equity program, and eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program.
