THE ROLE

We’re looking for a hands-on Default Servicing Manager to own and drive execution across bankruptcy and replevin operations for our chattel loan portfolio. This role is responsible for moving accounts through default efficiently, managing legal workflows, and maximizing recoveries while controlling timelines and costs.

This is an operator role—not just oversight. You will be expected to build processes, manage legal partners, and deliver measurable performance improvements.

What You’ll Own

- End-to-end execution of bankruptcy (Ch. 7, 11, 13) workflows—filings, claims, timelines, and resolution

- Management of replevin/legal recovery processes from referral through judgment and resolution

- Day-to-day oversight of legal vendors with clear performance expectations, SLAs, and accountability

- Driving cycle time reduction from default → legal resolution
