About The Role

We’re looking for a Deal Operations Analyst to support and scale our deal booking and contract generation process for our Commercial Org. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Legal and is critical to ensuring deals are booked accurately, efficiently, and compliantly.

You’ll own contract generation, deal review, and process improvement initiatives, while also supporting broader sales operations needs such as data hygiene and ad-hoc operational projects. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on detail, takes ownership, and enjoys improving systems and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Build customer contracts for the Commercial Sales Organization, ensuring accuracy and alignment with approved commercial terms

- Review and activate deals as part of the deal-booking process, validating pricing, approvals, compliance, and required documentation
