ABOUT THE ROLE:
It’s a great time to join the Notion Deal Desk! We are moving up-market, and need a strategic, creative, and thoughtful partner for our Enterprise Sales Team. You will shepherd our biggest deals across the line, experiment with new deal structures, and drive sustainable business practices.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- You will be the subject matter expert on commercial terms, deal structures, and quote to order processes for the Enterprise Sales Team.
- You will partner with Sales to craft the best deals for Notion and its customers.
- You will support experimental deal structures and Sales Plays by coordinating with cross functional teams including Legal, Billing, Biz Tech, Monetization, and the broader Rev Ops team.
- You will design bespoke deal structures to support complex use cases. We will also look to you to train the Deal Desk on the successful deal structures, launching them more broadly.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 4+ Years of Deal Desk, and a track record of supporting seven figure deals at F100 accounts.
- Fantastic communication skills. You will need to be able to quickly, accurately, and clearly summarize a deal and convey deal approval decisions.
