Data, Technology and IP Attorney - Assistant Vice President / Vice President

iCapital is seeking a Data, Technology, and IP Attorney to join its Legal team, focusing on contracts and commercial matters. The ideal candidate will collaborate across various functions, manage external contractual relationships, and supervise outside counsel. This role involves close interaction with teams such as Sales, Partnerships, Technology, Product, and Regulatory Compliance, requiring an intellectually curious individual capable of assessing nuanced risks and providing actionable advice. The position reports to the Head of Legal for Data, Technology, and IP and works alongside other attorneys within the Legal and Regulatory Compliance groups.
