Data Quality Operation Intern (x/f/m)

Doctolib is seeking a Data Quality Operations Intern to join our B2B Master Data team at our Levallois-Perret headquarters. This team is dedicated to enhancing data quality initiatives through monitoring, innovative data collection, and efficient operational processes. As an intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting these efforts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our data.

In this role, you will assist the Data Quality Operations Manager in daily team management, support data operations agents, track the impact of data quality activities on key performance indicators, and develop and refine data stewardship processes. Additionally, you will analyze and implement solutions to improve data quality, address operational challenges raised by sales, marketing, and operations teams, and optimize the use of tools such as Salesforce, Demand Tool, and reporting analytics.

The ideal candidate is pursuing a final-year internship or gap year placement, possesses strong organizational skills, and has prior experience in consulting or marketing/sales operations. Creativity in problem-solving, proactivity, and the ability to engage various project stakeholders are essential. Fluency in English and French is required, with proficiency in Excel and knowledge of SQL considered advantageous.
