CoreWeave Europe is seeking a Data Migration Specialist to join the Monolith AI Platform Engineering Team. This team is responsible for transitioning existing client environments to Monolith AI's next-generation platform, ensuring high velocity to support a rapidly growing customer base. The role involves close collaboration with Customer Success and Product teams to deliver accurate and scalable migrations.

The Data Migration Specialist will rapidly understand undocumented systems, extract clarity from complex database structures, and build practical migration tooling in Python. Key responsibilities include grasping existing PostgreSQL database schemas through code inspection and reverse engineering, developing Python migration scripts to convert legacy notebooks to the new platform format, and implementing validation against defined Customer Success requirements. The specialist will also maintain rapid project pace within a tight 3-month timeline, provide frequent progress updates, and proactively communicate risks and decision points.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of professional software development experience, with 2+ years working with Python in production environments. Experience with PostgreSQL databases and complex data structures is essential, along with the ability to reverse engineer and understand undocumented systems. Familiarity with Flask and/or FastAPI frameworks, RESTful API concepts, and cloud storage services like S3 is also required. Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows is expected.
