Data Management and BI Manager, GOC
The Data Management and BI Manager at WPP Media's Global Operations Centre (GOC) will collaborate with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a multicultural environment. This role focuses on executing and advancing media measurement, including campaign setup, ROI analysis, forecasting, attribution, and evaluation of campaign effectiveness, adhering to WPP's best practices and methodologies.
Key responsibilities include developing data-driven insights and actions that translate analytics into clear business narratives and recommendations aligned with client business goals. The manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners on measurement projects, custom studies, and KPI development. Additionally, the role involves supporting the development, automation, and promotion of data inputs/outputs and dashboards tailored for client needs, leveraging WPP's tools and expertise.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree being a plus, and over four years of experience in media analytics, market research, or related fields, preferably within an agency or consultancy environment. Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau, advanced Excel skills, and experience with SQL or Python for data analysis and automation are required. The candidate should have proven experience in media measurement, campaign analytics, and data storytelling, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable client recommendations.
