Data Graduate Program
Fever's Data Graduate Program is a six-month, full-time rotational experience based in Madrid, Spain, designed to launch recent graduates into careers in Data Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Web Analytics. Participants will work on real projects from day one, utilizing cutting-edge technologies and learning directly from experts who are shaping how millions of people discover entertainment worldwide. This immersive program offers hands-on work, mentorship, and exposure to multiple data disciplines within a fast-growing, global tech company.
Throughout the program, participants will rotate across key data teams, including Data Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Web Analytics. Responsibilities include building and managing scalable data pipelines, developing and deploying real-world machine learning models, analyzing complex business problems to drive data-driven decisions, and improving data collection across Fever's ecosystem to enhance decision-making processes. This structure ensures a comprehensive understanding of various data functions and their impact on the company's operations.
Eligible candidates should have a bachelor's, master's, or PhD degree in Data Engineering, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics, or a related field, ranking in the top 10% of their class. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the completion of all academic credits and proficiency in business-level English. The program seeks motivated and ambitious recent graduates eager to contribute to a dynamic and innovative environment.
The program offers a paid six-month contract with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role.
