Data Centre Site Manager

CoreWeave Europe is seeking a Data Centre Site Manager to lead the operations of our state-of-the-art facility in Rivabellosa, Spain. As a pivotal member of our Data Centre Operations team, you will ensure the stability, security, and scalability of our physical infrastructure, contributing to the delivery of best-in-class services to our clients.

In this role, you will oversee a team of technicians responsible for hardware diagnostics, physical repairs, and new equipment installations. Your day-to-day activities will include developing and implementing best practices to maximize uptime, coordinating with cross-functional teams to support client projects, and responding promptly to technical emergencies to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in data centre operations, including at least two years in a leadership role. A deep understanding of data centre infrastructure, such as servers, networking equipment, and cooling systems, is essential. Proficiency with the Linux operating system, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are also required.

The base salary for this position ranges from €61,000 to €72,000, determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
