Data Center Technician - Lowell, MA
CoreWeave is seeking a Data Center Technician to join our team in Lowell, Massachusetts. This role is integral to maintaining the operational excellence of our data center facilities.
The Data Center Technician will be responsible for maintaining data center operations to ensure the availability and reliability of service levels. Key duties include conducting hardware and network diagnostics and repairs, performing root cause analysis of hardware and software failures, training internal teams, developing documentation, providing technical support to data center teams, developing scripts to update server and networking hardware, maintaining inventory, assembling and installing equipment, performing maintenance of test and tool equipment, and occasional travel to other data centers as needed.
Candidates should have experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and assembly, as well as proficiency with the Linux operating system. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in elevated locations. Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills are essential. The ability to work in a 24/7 environment, participate in an on-call rotation, and provide after-hours support as needed is also required.
The base salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $85,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
