Data Center Manager - Muskogee
As the Data Center Manager at CoreWeave's Muskogee facility, you will lead a team responsible for maintaining and operating the cutting-edge infrastructure that powers our cloud services. This role is pivotal in ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our physical assets, contributing directly to the delivery of best-in-class experiences for our clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include guiding technicians through hardware diagnostics, physical repairs, and new equipment installations. You will develop and implement best practices to maximize uptime, coordinate with cross-functional teams to support client projects, and respond promptly to technical emergencies to minimize downtime.
We are seeking candidates with over five years of experience in data center operations, including at least two years in a leadership role. A deep understanding of data center infrastructure, strong troubleshooting skills, proficiency with the Linux operating system, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are essential. Flexibility to work in a 24/7 operational environment and participate in on-call rotations is also required.
The base salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $105,000 annually, determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
