DATA ANALYST
As a Data Analyst at Monks, you will be an integral part of a specialized team dedicated to managing the successful delivery of digital advertising assets for one of the world's leading brands. Monks is a global, digital-first, data-driven company that redefines how brands interact with the world through innovative marketing and technology services.
In this role, you will process and analyze digital channel conversations to identify key insights and brand opportunities. Daily monitoring of brand-related discussions will be essential to detect communication opportunities or potential crises. You will generate daily and monthly reports on content performance, always analyzed from the perspective of content strategy and social listening. Collaboration with content and creative teams will be crucial to optimize platforms in terms of content, messages, formats, and duration, based on insights and learnings from the reports.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a digital or content agency. A strong understanding and mastery of digital metrics and analysis of digital and social platforms are required. Experience in monitoring digital and social crises, as well as working with creative and content teams, is essential. Excellent presentation, communication, and research skills, along with impeccable spelling, writing, and mastery of writing rules and syntax, are also necessary.
