Data Analyst
Monks is seeking a Data Analyst to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. This role involves analyzing digital conversations and owned channel analytics to uncover key insights and brand opportunities. The position is fully remote, open to residents across Brazil.
Key responsibilities include processing and understanding digital channel conversations, analyzing owned channel analytics, and conducting test and learn programs on owned channels and campaigns. The analyst will monitor daily brand-related conversations to detect communication opportunities or potential crises and generate performance reports with strategic recommendations. Collaboration with content and creative teams is essential to optimize content strategies.
Candidates should have over three years of experience in content and digital data analysis, proficiency with data visualization tools, and strong strategic thinking focused on results. Excellent communication and public presentation skills are required, along with a proactive attitude and the ability to learn quickly. Familiarity with the automotive category is preferred.
