Data Analyst (Marketing Analytics, Bangkok Based, Relocation provided)
Agoda is seeking a Data Analyst to join its Performance Marketing Team in Bangkok, Thailand. This team is renowned for its data-driven approach, focusing on scalable marketing programs that enhance customer lifetime value through measurable channels. In this position, the Data Analyst will experiment with text ads, bidding strategies, and campaign structures across various search engines, including Google, Bing, Baidu, and Naver. The role also involves testing, analyzing, and optimizing display campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Additionally, the analyst will develop models for optimization and build dashboards to support account managers.
Candidates should possess 2–3 years of experience and hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as computer science, mathematics, economics, engineering, statistics, or science. Strong English communication skills, solid business acumen, and proficiency in statistical and analytical tools like Excel, SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL, and Tableau are essential. Experience in designing and analyzing A/B tests is also required.
